The new user interface’s modern role-based design is tailored to meet the needs of the user based on how, when and where they work -- within the office or in the field. Additionally, a new user dashboard provides a configurable, consolidated view with single-click access to each user’s important tasks, diaries, list of recent files viewed and messages enabling users to complete their work quickly and close more business faster.
Vertafore ImageRight customers will also be able to leverage the only insurance-specific collaboration solution that streamlines and optimizes complex, multi-party commercial workflows using a cloud-based platform. This collaboration capability offers secure workspaces where underwriters, claims teams, and agency services groups can collaborate with agents on complex commercial business reducing silos of information in email and file-shares, limiting E&O exposure, and increasing company response times with their distribution channel.
Through ImageRight, Vertafore customers will also benefit from the enhanced focus on interoperability with the support of industry standards like CMIS (Content Management Interoperability Services) for access to content. This will make it easier to integrate and implement line of business solutions with other products like policy administration systems, claims systems, customer communication management and accounting platforms.
