Leading software and services provider makes second appearance on list

Magazine has ranked the company No. 3,044 nationally in its 2010 “Inc. 5000” ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States. This is Vertafore’s second appearance on the list, which takes a comprehensive look at America’s independent entrepreneurs and ranks companies based on their percentage growth over a four-year time period. Vertafore moved up 189 spots in the ranking since the 2009 list was released.

To qualify for the list, companies must be U.S.-based, privately held and have generated revenue by March 31, 2006. Qualifying companies have recorded at least $100,000 in revenue in 2006 and $2 million in 2009.
Companies on the list will be honored at the 2010 Inc. 500|5000 Conference & Awards Ceremony September 30-October 2 in Washington, DC. The Conference & Awards Ceremony celebrates the men and women whose companies appear on Inc. magazine's prestigious ranking of America's fastest-growing private companies.
