Vertafore Announces New Sircon Solution for Securities Firms

New Sircon Disclosure Management Solution Offers Exclusive Early Access Program to First Customers

 

East Lansing, MI – November 16, 2016Vertafore®,  the leader in modern insurance and securities technology, today announced an early access program for customers of Sircon Disclosure Management, the company’s newest Sircon® solution for securities firms. The announcement was made at the FINRA Small Firm Conference and aims to give registrants early access to a feature called Outside Business Activity (OBA) Disclosure Management before the feature launches in 2017. The early access will be free for 30 days after customers register for the program.

Securities firms may gain early access to Sircon OBA Disclosure Management by registering for the release queue at sircon.com/EarlyAccess. Early access customers will receive their first year of Sircon OBA Disclosure Management for a discounted monthly subscription and also receive their first month free.

Vertafore is releasing Sircon Disclosure Management in small, periodic batches as part of a new solution set for securities firms. Vertafore will release expanded Sircon Disclosure Management versions throughout 2017. Early access customers will be the first to know the specifics about upcoming enhancements, including expanded disclosure management and registration management capabilities.
