Euan C. Menzies, President & CEO
President and chief executive officer and a director, Mr. Menzies joined AMS Services, Inc. as president and chief operating officer in September 2000 and has been chief executive officer since May 2001. From 1987 until early 2000, Mr. Menzies was a senior executive with The Thomson Corporation, where he held a number of general management positions, most notably as the president and chief executive of Thomson’s tax and regulatory division (RIA Group). From February 2000 until September 2000, he was chairman and chief executive officer of iClick, an Internet-based software and services company in the human resources sector. Mr. Menzies is a chartered accountant in the U.K., and earned his undergraduate degree (B.Acc) from Glasgow University, Scotland.

Bill Bunker, Senior Vice President, Product Management and Marketing
Mr. Bunker joined Vertafore, Inc. in September 2005 as senior vice president, Product Management and Marketing. Most recently, Mr. Bunker held the position of vice president, Marketing and Business Development at MessageGate, Inc. Prior to MessageGate, Mr. Bunker was a key member of the executive team at Onyx Software, with responsibility for the company's top vertical market, financial services. At Onyx, Mr. Bunker also served as the company's vice president of marketing and product management where he managed product and corporate strategy, including the company's shift to a Web-based CRM product suite. Prior to joining Onyx, Mr. Bunker worked for Booz Allen & Hamilton. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management.

Kurt de Grosz, Senior Vice President, New Business Development
Mr. de Grosz joined Vertafore, Inc. in September 2006 as part of the acquisition of BenefitPoint and now serves as senior vice president, New Business Development for Vertafore. Previously, Mr. de Grosz was president and co-founder of BenefitPoint, where he helped build BenefitPoint into the leading benefits agency management solution for the large broker and agent market. From September 1994 until early 1999, Mr. de Grosz served as vice president at ABD Insurance & Financial Services, where he provided risk management sales and consulting to Silicon Valley companies on a variety of insurance lines including Directors and Officers Liability, Professional Multimedia Liability, Intellectual Property and Workers' Compensation. He also co-designed and implemented Cybersure®, ABD's award-winning interactive client website. Previously, Mr. de Grosz underwrote commercial insurance with Transamerica Corporation. Mr. de Grosz earned his B.A. in English with a specialization in business administration from the University of California, Los Angeles and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.

Darryl Lemecha, Chief Information Officer
Darryl Lemecha joined Vertafore, Inc. in November 2007 as senior vice president and chief information officer. Lemecha is responsible for leading corporate information technology strategy and hosting services for all Vertafore's business units including AMS Services®, BenefitPoint®, ImageRight® and SilverPlume®.

Prior to joining Vertafore, Lemecha held the position of chief information officer where he was responsible for technology shared services, security and risk management, customer support and implementation and customer credentials management. In his role as ChoicePoint CIO, Lemecha received numerous accolades including being named one of Computerworld's Premier 100 IT Leaders, Oracle CIO of the Quarter and a finalist for the Georgia CIO of the Year.

Before ChoicePoint, Lemecha was senior vice president and CIO of Insignia Financial Group. At Insignia, Lemecha directed the firm's strategic and emerging use of information technologies worldwide.

Karen Marafioti, Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Ms. Marafioti joined AMS in January 2003, as vice president, human resources, reporting to Mr. Menzies. Ms. Marafioti's background includes over 19 years of human resources experience. In 1986, she joined a rapidly growing IBM Global Services organization, and participated in the growth of this strategic business from a $50M independent unit with less than 1,000 employees to a $40B enterprise with 150,000 employees when she left in 1999. She held several key HR roles for IBM Global Services in the U.S. and Europe, with responsibilities spanning organization development, recruitment, and education initiatives. Post-IBM, she was the senior HR executive for two smaller, more entrepreneurial technology companies in the San Francisco area.

Susanna Morgan, Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Planning
Susanna Morgan joined Vertafore in July 2007 as senior vice president, corporate strategy and planning. Morgan was most recently vice president of corporate development at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., a leading provider of securities brokerage and financial services. Morgan was responsible for acquisitions totaling more than $800 million, supervising a portfolio of venture investments and directing corporate strategy including growth opportunities and Schwab's $500 million cost-savings initiative. Before Charles Schwab, Morgan worked in corporate development at Oracle, Women.com and in strategy consulting at Booz Allen & Hamilton. Morgan holds a bachelor’s degree in quantitative economics and a master’s degree in international policy from Stanford University and a master’s of business administration from the Harvard Business School.

John Morrow, Senior Vice President, Corporate Development & General Counsel
John Morrow joined Vertafore/AMS Services in June 2006 as senior vice president and general counsel, and became senior vice president, corporate development and general counsel in January 2007. Morrow is general counsel in charge of all legal matters involving the company. He is also responsible for leading our acquisition and joint venture activities. Morrow was most recently a partner with Heller Ehrman LLP, a major international law firm, where he represented public and private technology companies in mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, licensing and strategic partnership transactions, corporate governance and general business matters. Morrow joined the firm as a result of its merger with Venture Law Group, a leading Silicon Valley-based law firm focused on representing technology companies. Prior to joining Venture Law Group, Morrow was an associate at Baker & Hostetler LLP. He earned a bachelor's degree in political science from DePauw University and a juris doctorate from the University of Notre Dame Law School.

Christina Nelson, President, SilverPlume
Appointed president of SilverPlume in August, 1999, Ms. Nelson was previously vice president-operations for SilverPlume. Before joining SilverPlume in 1995, Ms. Nelson worked with Document Systems, Inc. (a former AMS company) from 1993 to 1995 in account management and training management positions. At the Allstate Commercial Division home office from 1986 to 1993, Ms. Nelson held several management and underwriting positions. She was also a manager and underwriter while at the Orion Group from 1981 to 1986.

Ed Roshitsh, Senior Vice President, Sales and Enterprise Operations
Ed Roshitsh joined Vertafore, Inc. in March 2006 as senior vice president of sales and enterprise operations. Prior to joining Vertafore, Roshitsh held the position of vice president of worldwide sales at Blackbaud where he was responsible for sales, international operations and training. Under Roshitsh's leadership, the sales team grew revenue from $83 million in 2001 to over $155 million in 2005. Prior to Blackbaud, Roshitsh was vice president of sales, marketing and services for Data Processing Sciences Corporation (DPS), culminating a ten year period of successive sales career positions at DPS as he helped grow software and services revenues for this networking-equipment and software company.

Joe Schick, Chief Financial Officer
Joe Schick joined AMS Services in September 2006 as senior vice president and chief financial officer. Most recently, Schick was the senior vice president of finance at Expedia, Inc, the world’s leading online travel company. Schick was instrumental in building Expedia's finance department from the ground up following its spin off from Microsoft in 1999. Over the next seven years, Schick participated in the company's growth from $50 million in annual revenues and 150 employees to $2.1 billion annual revenues and 6,500 employees around the world. During his tenure, Schick led the accounting, tax, treasury, internal audit, financial systems, and financial planning and analysis teams. Prior to joining Expedia, Schick was the controller for Humongous Entertainment, a division of Atari, Inc. and held various finance positions with Westin/Starwood Hotels and Resorts. He is a certified public accountant and began his career with Hewitt Associates, Inc. and Arthur Andersen LLP.
