Teresa leads Vertafore’s finance organization in driving excellence in our planning, processes, and systems. In this role, she also has responsibilities for strategy and corporate development.
Prior to Vertafore, Teresa was a senior executive at White Mountains Insurance Group, a publicly traded insurance holding company, where she was responsible for M&A, corporate development, and portfolio oversight. Before that, Teresa was a private equity investor at Permira Advisors, focusing on global technology and consumer investments and at Nautic Partners, focusing on middle-market media and business services investments. She started her career as an investment banker at Credit Suisse.
Teresa is also a board member at Kinsale Capital Group, a specialty insurance company focused on the U.S. E&S market.
