5 Heartwarming Holiday Gift Ideas for Your Customers

The holiday season is a special time of the year that a lot of people look forward to for many reasons.

One of my favorite things about the holidays is getting the opportunity to show others how much I appreciate them with meaningful, personalized gifts.

In the working world, we can keep the same spirit and go above and beyond and show customers how much we appreciate them with a holiday gift. While customer appreciation should be a priority year round, the holidays is a particularly relevant time to spoil your customers!

While every customer is different, here are a few heartwarming gift ideas to get you thinking about how you can show customer how much you appreciate them this year:

1) A handwritten note

This is a classic, timeless gift for your customers. It’s an inexpensive gift that is personalized by nature, which can means a lot in an age where paper mail is becoming less and less common. If you want it to be extra special, attach an employee Christmas photo to the card!

2) Cookies

A sweet and delicious treat that goes well with a warm glass of milk is a great way to make a customer feel appreciated. Find a high rated bakery in your customers local area and see if you can get a personal note attached. 

3) Donate to a charity

What’s more in line with the spirit of the holiday season than giving the gift of a gift? Find out what your customers are passionate about and make a difference by giving a donation to a charity of their choice.

4) Take them out to coffee

Have local customers? Give them the gift of face-to-face time! Offer to take them out to a local coffee shop for a warm cup of coffee (or tea).

5) Create a company or team holiday video

Here’s something that can be just as fun for you as it is for your customers. Gather your team together, film a short and sweet video of everyone sending their holiday greetings, and then send it off to your customers.

As I mentioned, these are just a few gift ideas to get you started. You know your customers best, so start getting those creative juices flowing!
