1. ELIGIBILITY. This Giveaway is open to legal U.S. residents who are who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry and are attendees at the The AgencyOne Advantage webinar. Employees of Vertafore, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and their immediate families or household members are not eligible to participate. By participating, each entrant unconditionally accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final. Vertafore is solely responsible for the administration of the Giveaway.
2. HOW TO ENTER. To enter, you must register and attend The AgencyOne Advantage Webinar. To register, visit the webinar registration page at The AgencyOne Advantage Webinar and complete the required entry information. Then, attend the webinar on December 16, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. MT to 12:00 p.m. MT. Attendees must sign onto the webinar under the same name and email address used for registration. Limit one entry per person, per email address. Automated, duplicate, or unauthorized entries will be disqualified.
3. PRIZES. There is a total of five (5) prizes, and each prize is a $500 Amazon gift card. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If an advertised prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
4. WINNER SELECTION. At the end of the webinar, a random drawing will be held from the names of all attendees who were signed on for the entire webinar, as determined by the webinar software. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Each winner is limited to one prize. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be announced at the end of the webinar and notified by e-mail or mail within two weeks of the conclusion of the webinar. Entrants must confirm their acceptance by email within 48 hours; failure to do so may result in forfeiture. Winners may be required to provide valid identification or additional documentation to claim their prize, and if they fail to do so, an alternate winner may be selected. Each entrant selected as a potential winner must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements.
5. CONDITIONS. By participating, entrants and winners agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, and its affiliates, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors, from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in the Giveaway, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any Giveaway-related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Sponsor is not responsible for technical malfunctions, unauthorized access, or errors during the Giveaway. Sponsor is not responsible if the Giveaway cannot take place or if any prize cannot be awarded due to delays or interruptions due to technical failures, government actions, disease, natural disasters, weather, or any circumstance beyond Sponsor’s control. In circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control, Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway without prior notice.
7. DATA USE AND PRIVACY. By entering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Statement. Sponsor employs industry-standard security measures to safeguard your personal information.
9. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION. These Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising from or related to the Giveaway shall be resolved through binding arbitration or other agreed methods.
10. WINNERS LIST. To obtain a list of winners, please send a self-addressed stamped business-size envelope to: The AgencyOne Advantage Giveaway Winners List Request, Vertafore, Inc., Marketing Department, 999 18th Street, Suite 400, Denver, Colorado 80202. All requests must be received no later than 60 days following the Giveaway.
