*PL Rating was impacted two times this month: First by a Vertafore Single Sign-on bug that impacted customers using single sign-on. The issue was remediated by removing impacted servers from the active working pool. Second with an issue with the underlying hardware for PL Rating Virtual machine hosts. Additional resource capacity was added to remediate issue.

*WorkSmart issue was caused by a diagnostic process that overloaded the WorkSmart database making it become un-responsive. Diagnostic process was terminated to return to normal operation.
