A few years ago, we recognized that the landscape of InsurTech is changing, and we knew it was time for us to change, too. We wanted to start developing a next-generation software foundation that would drive the future of our solutions and the future of our customers. 
Our journey began with our partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS), the world’s leading cloud service technology provider. This partnership led us to build our Titan technology platform, which allows us to innovate faster and deliver meaningful solutions and integrations for you. 

Titan is here now, and it’s in action. Our current priority is focusing on modernizing user interfaces (UI) across our solutions, including mobile. A new, modern UI is already available in Proposal Builder and WorkSmart 7, with migrations coming to our other solutions soon. Not only does the new Titan technology create visual updates such as new user interfaces, but it also allows us to advance our current capabilities. 

We also know that analysis and insights are crucial to helping you grow your business, and that’s why we’re delivering real-time data exchange through new technologies such as Commercial Submissions, also powered by the Titan platform. 

In the world we live in, security has to come first, and that is why our newest technology is built with security-first development that protects you and your end-insureds' data. As such, we chose AWS as it is the most secure cloud computing environment available. 
Our technology modernization journey is far from over, but we invested in Amazon Web Services years ago in solutions like RiskMatch and QQCatalyst, and we are not done yet. We’ll keep you informed as this journey continues.
