VP Customer Experience
Insurance is the ability to deliver on a promise, to help people when they need help the most, and to help them and their families for the future.
John has been engaged in the insurance industry since 1998 and has held several operational leadership roles over that time. He started working with the Vertafore team around the same time when the company was known then as Innovative IT Solutions, then Sircon and now Vertafore.
John was also a customer of Vertafore for approximately 10 years leveraging the Distribution and Compliance Management solutions in our Sircon suite of products to transform his company’s insurance and compliance operations for P&C and Wealth Management operations. Through the power of these tools, he and his company were able to transform the effectiveness of the overall operational process to dramatically improve agent experience, optimize the expense management process and policies, saving millions in expense and improving to compliance control environment dramatically.
John joined the Vertafore team in May 2018 as a Solution Consultant and leveraged his experience to help our customers get the most benefit from our products and services. He now is VP Client experience leading our customer support team and Sircon managed Services BPO offering.
John received his undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree from of the Rochester Institute of Technology. He also served in the United States Navy Reserve for 12 years. John’s interests include skiing, sailing and spending time with his family in Simsbury, Connecticut.
