Key Elements of Vertafore's Innovative Customer Success Program To Be Showcased at NetVU "Accelerate" Event

Driven by Customer Success, Insurance Technology Leader Focuses on Empowering Users at Cincinnati Event

The event takes place May 21-23 at the Duke Energy Convention Center in Cincinnati. The program, along with multiple learning opportunities at the event, illustrates Vertafore's commitment to customer success.

Launched last fall, Vertafore's Customer Success Program comprises three key elements, including:

  • Customer Success Team: This Vertafore group focuses exclusively on empowering customers and ensuring that they take full advantage of all the features within their Vertafore products.
  • Customer communication: Success-focused communication, including The Radar (a monthly newsletter), quarterly product road map webinars, how-to webinars and opportunities to communicate directly with Vertafore team members, keeping customers informed.
  • Enablement resources: These assets include MyVertafore, Vertafore University, product work groups and NetVU, including the annual Accelerate event, which delivers an array of customer assets and learning opportunities.

Vertafore reports an overwhelmingly positive response to its Customer Success Program, and the company plans to roll out more customer experience improvement strategies at Accelerate.

Vertafore customers' success will also be improved through the new Client Portal app, which will be debuted at Accelerate, giving participants a sneak peek at its functionality. Sitting on the front end of the agency system, Client Portal empowers Vertafore users to provide an even better experience to their customers with 24/7 via mobile tools, including online applications and certificates. Client Portal promotes customer success by giving agencies a simple, intuitive way to provide better service to their insured customers, even while on the go.
