The new version of the Vertafore Agency Platform streamlines critical customer-facing processes, such as renewals, cancellations, and endorsements, in the My Agency Home dashboard. Rather than navigating across applications, servicing teams are now able to manage and monitor quotes on the home dashboard, reducing clicks and simplifying training. Agency staff will benefit from five new workflows including, commercial lines marketed renewal, direct bill non-payment cancellation, client initiated cancellation, and two endorsement workflows. These updates improve customer satisfaction, reduce the agency's E&O exposure, and decrease the amount of time needed to train a new CSR.
