Finalist, Excellence in Customer Service
This year, Vertafore was a finalist in BIG’s Excellence in Customer Service Awards. This annual business award recognizes those that are helping companies better communicate with their customers to provide a differentiated level of customer service.
The recognition was tied to our continued evolution and innovation of our customer support and enablement teams. Specifically, we were honored for our capabilities to solve industry pain points, drive product roadmaps, enable customer success, and build strong relationships via NetVU. Additionally, we were highlighted for our empowerment strategies across the insurance distribution channel via Learning Journeys, Did you know? videos, MyVertafore, Ideas Portal, and the NetVU community.

Best New Insurance Solution: Commercial Submissions
Created in 2002, the Stevie Awards are the world's premier business awards that honor and generate public recognition of the achievements and positive contributions of organizations and working professionals worldwide.
We are very excited to win a silver Stevie Award for our Commercial Submissions solution in the Insurance Solution category. We specifically received this award for our innovation of re-thinking and re-imagining the commercial submissions process and our Commercial Submissions solution. We’ve heard from our customers about the time-consuming and laborious process that used to be commercial submissions, and we’re honored to receive recognition for our work in transforming this workflow.
