Brad Ruben

Meet Archway Computer’s President, Brad Ruben

I'm not a salesperson, I'm an Insurtech geek. With 30+ years of experience in the field of insurance computer technology, I founded Archway in 2009 after identifying a fundamental flaw in the standard approach to IT services in that potential issues were allowed to manifest themselves within the system before being addressed. I decided to create and implement a new strategy centered on preventive maintenance known as Managed Services. Our focus on providing stability and security solutions, as well as other tangible benefits in IT exclusively for the insurance industry, has led us to now proudly supporting a nationwide clientele of over two hundred independent insurance agencies.

Questions about how you can ensure your agency can keep its technology secure and compliant?

Customer testimonials

Our clients are growing, independent insurance agencies across the country. “Start to finish has been a real pleasure working with Archway Computer. Their techs had the tedious task of connecting with all our users one by one to set them up with the AWS portal, which I know is not a small task. I want to applaud the Archway team effort. Really appreciate it.”

Matt Warsh, CLCS, Korotkin Insurance Group

A shout out to Brad & his team. In January of 2019 I told my management team that by the end of the year, I wanted everyone in our office to be able to work from home. Brad/his team were an integral part of our preparation. When Covid hit, we literally didn’t miss a beat and we were working from home. After 40+ years in the insurance business myself, I couldn’t recommend anyone more than Archway."

Our computers are running better than ever. Archway is the real deal! I recommend them to all insurance agencies."
