“Alone, we can do so little; together, we can do so much.” – Helen Keller

This quote so accurately describes the power that a group of people united by a common passion can accomplish. You may be wondering what this has to do with Vertafore? The answer is simple – community. Whether you’re an independent agent, part of a large organization, or somewhere in between, being a Vertafore user means being part of a powerful community of amazing industry professionals.

Have you ever struggled with a problem and wondered how other professionals solved it? Have you ever solved a business challenge and then been excited to share your solution with others? Being part of the Vertafore community allows you to learn directly from, and share directly with, other industry professionals just like YOU! But where can you connect to this community? Easy – NetVU!

The Network of Vertafore Users (NetVU) is an independent organization committed to providing industry advocacy, education and networking to the more than 500,000 Vertafore users. NetVU’s mission is to be a community focused on users helping users. As a Vertafore customer, joining NetVU is free, as is sharing, discussing, and learning from its forums and members.

Perhaps my favorite benefit of NetVU is our annual flagship event: Accelerate, powered by NetVU. Each year Accelerate brings this amazing community of experts and users together. It offers educational sessions, opportunities to meet product teams and help shape product futures, networking sessions with fellow community users, and much more. This year we are also adding interactive classes for users of every skill level, scheduled one-on-one time with Vertafore staff, a preview into what’s coming in 2019 and beyond, and more roundtables and collaborative sessions than we’ve ever had before. I hope you can join us in May and come away empowered with knowledge about your Vertafore products, but perhaps also a revived sense of what it means to be a member of our community.
