COVID-19 Update from Vertafore

To the Vertafore Community,
Given the continued attention and the everchanging effects of COVID-19 on business and communities, we want to provide an update to all our customers and partners.
First, our hearts and thoughts go out to the people who have been affected by this unprecedented event and we appreciate everyone who is on the front line working to contain COVID-19. We hope this message finds you and your family healthy and safe.
Business continuity. Per our previous communications, Vertafore is fully prepared to support you and your business needs during this time. Our business continuity plans are in place and active, so you can remain confident that the Vertafore products and services that you utilize daily will continue to be available.
Furthermore, last week, our office headquarters in Denver, CO, successfully completed a test of our business continuity plans by having all staff work remotely for a day. This real-world test demonstrated that our network and other key systems are able to support our business needs with a fully-remote workforce.
Work Environment. At this time, our North America employees have been asked to work remotely through at least March 27. Our employees are also refraining from all business-related travel. We are continually monitoring the COVID-19 situation with guidance from the CDC, WHO and local health departments and will make changes and adjustments to this timeline as needed.
Account support. To continue to support you during this period, your account management team is available to help you get the most of your Vertafore products. In addition, your self-service and learning tools like MyVertafore and Vertafore University are fully accessible, and we will continue to upload new resources as they become available.
