Getting better every day: Meet Thomas Snyder, our new QQ Customer Support Manager
Written By: Chae Stewart, Customer Success Training Specialist
Meet the newest member of the QQ team: Thomas Snyder. Thomas comes to Vertafore with 13 years’ experience in client servicing and six years’ experience in insurance—a great background for successfully leading QQ’s Support organization.
Thomas built his career at companies like Schomp Automotive, DirectTV, Asurion, and AIG. He even spent time as a certified Property & Casualty agent, so he knows what it means to work at an independent agency because he’s been there. Thomas enjoys the opportunity to lead and is motivated by a passion for empowering his employees. People who know him often describe Thomas as “compassionate” and that’s a quality he brings to the table at work, particularly when dealing with customers.
Outside of work, Thomas spends time with Hugo, his 150lb Great Dane. Not unlike other large dogs, Hugo is convinced he can fit on your lap with room to spare. Originally from North Dakota, Thomas grew up in an Air Force family and, although he has lived in six different states, fell in love with Colorado and decided to stay.
Thomas’s journey to Vertafore was inspired by our culture. He says one of the most exciting things about joining our team is the ability to be part of an environment that values new ideas, regardless of where they come from, and implements them to improve the customer experience. He is excited to work with QQ customers because of what they represent: the small to mid-size agencies. Working with customers this size will offer more perspective on how QQ Solutions are used and understanding expectations of Customer Support.
We are so happy to have Thomas on our team and look forward to seeing him fulfil his mission of providing world-class customer service while improving processes and interactions. In doing so, Thomas plans to create a customer experience that exceeds your expectations.
We know that between his years of experience and his passion for people, Thomas will be a great asset for his fellow employees and customers alike. Please join us in welcoming Thomas to the team and feel free to email him directly to say hello.
