Dear Vertafore Carrier Community,

First and foremost, I hope this message finds you and your family healthy and safe. As a company, Vertafore recognizes that COVID-19 is impacting businesses and communities in unique ways, and we want to let you know that we are committed to supporting you in every way we can to make sure we get through this crisis together.

Our focus is always on enabling our customers to run their businesses better, faster, and smarter. As carriers everywhere have shifted to a remote model, that focus hasn’t changed. Our business continuity plans are active, so you and your agency partners can remain confident that Vertafore’s products and services will continue to be available.

Last month we launched our In it together program to help agencies continue to run their businesses successfully at a time when your mutual clients are counting on them. The program’s site provides an all-in-one resource from Vertafore and our industry partners with tools, updates, and critical information. Global management consulting firm and partner, McKinsey & Company, has also developed extensive resources and insights regarding COVID-19 and how organizations can respond, which are now available for our community.

I also want to let you know about new initiatives for our carrier community:

  • Carriers can now have relevant material published by Vertafore as a part of the complimentary COVID-19 content in ReferenceConnect®. This information will be made available to all agencies with access to ReferenceConnect to help you share information with agencies during this time of need. Contact your account manager to participate or learn more.
  • Through July 31, carriers using ImageRight® will be given complimentary access to ImageRight Process Dashboards. These dashboards provide visibility into the active workload of your team members while giving you greater insights in to work in progress, user capacity for new work, and whether work is being completed on time – all so you can remotely manage work distribution in this ever-changing environment.
