"People are what differentiate good companies from great companies. Our team focuses on making Vertafore an excellent place to work, grow and develop – which in turn makes Vertafore even stronger as we continue to lead InsurTech innovation!"

Kristin Nease leads the HR function for Vertafore. After graduating from Montana State University with a BS in Applied Psychology, she joined the automotive industry in a Human Resources function. While working there, she earned her MSA in Human Resources Administration from Central Michigan.

She moved to Denver in 2009 to work for DISH Network’s Human Resources team and there focused on many functions of HR including employee relations, total rewards, and performance management.

She joined Vertafore in October of 2017 as Vice President, Human Resources. In her role at Vertafore, she is responsible for all things people, including talent acquisition, employee development, engagement programs, culture, belonging, diversity & inclusion, internal communications, and total rewards.
