Chat Support is back!

Here at Vertafore, we are guided by our three core pillars: focusing on our customers, getting better every day, and delivering results that you can see. It is particularly exciting when we get to hit all three pillars with an update for our customers! We listened to your feedback and have relaunched Vertafore Chat Support. We can now queue both phone calls and chats.  As a result, we have up to 50 agents available in Chat Support throughout the day compared to one or two agents available per product previously.

You can find Chat Support in MyVertafore for the following products:

  • AMS360 Client Services
  • AMS360 Download
  • AMS360 Tech In-House
  • AMS360 Tech Online
  • BenefitPoint
  • Client Portal
  • DocuSign
  • My Agency Reports
  • PL Rating
  • ReferenceConnect
  • TransactNOW
  • Vertafore Agency Platform Client Services
  • Vertafore Agency Platform Technical
  • Vertafore Mobile

To access Chat Support for the above products, log in to MyVertafore, and click the chat button in the top right corner. You will then be prompted to select the product.

Also, we are currently working on getting more products added to Chat Support, including QQ, AMS360 Accounting, FSC Rating, MyVertafore, ImageRight and WorkSmart. Our goal is to extend this to all products by the end of the year. We are also exploring adding the option to connect with chat support directly within the product itself.
