As CTO, he is committed to delivering innovative and high-quality products to our customers that will help drive delightful experiences for our customers.
With global delivery experience and expertise in both technology and operations, Greg’s unique background combines technology experience with operations management in both private and public companies. Prior to Vertafore, Greg spent eight years at The Active Network as CIO managing technology and multiple operating units. Prior to Active Network, he served as CTO at Equator Financial Solutions and was SVP of Operations at Indymacbank. Greg earned a BA at Cal State University Northridge and an MBA at UCLA Anderson School of Management.

How did you get into the InsurTech business?
Somewhat by luck. I have always enjoyed working in industries that are desperate for innovation. When I heard about this opportunity, I jumped at it as I love complex industries with complex problems to solve.
What are you most excited about for the future of InsurTech?
The integration of products across the industry utilizing data to drive insights and automation that make our customers more successful in their businesses. In today’s world, the industry is still incredibly dependent on unstructured data. I’m here to change that.
What’s your idea of the perfect weekend?
No email so I can enjoy a day at the beach!
I’m coming to visit you! What are your favorite/must-do things in your city?
Rocky Mountain National Park followed by rooting for the Denver Broncos (as long as they are not playing the Patriots).
