Jayne’s 5 Fast Facts

  1. What do you love most about your role at Vertafore?

Working alongside extremely talented and customer-focused team members who are totally committed to customer service and continuous innovation.

  1. How did you get into the InsurTech business?

I managed the insurance program at Epiq, so I was a customer myself of insurance products and customer-facing technology, including client portals, risk management services, and products. Now, I manage Vertafore’s insurance program and get to be involved in improving our service delivery as both a provider and from the viewpoint of a customer on the commercial side.

  1. What are you most excited about for the future of InsurTech?

The speed of innovation and acceptance of change in the industry, the efforts to streamline connections, and the never-ending vigilance to privacy and security.

  1. What’s your idea of the perfect weekend?

Spending family time with my husband of 12 years, my two boys (ages 8 and 10) and our two Wirehaired Pointing Griffons. One is a new puppy and the other is an adult who is, so far, mildly tolerating the young one!

  1. I’m coming to visit you! What are your favorite/must-do things in your city?

We live by the Bluffs Regional Park Trail in Lone Tree, Colorado, so definitely a hike at the bluffs, which have beautiful views all the way to the Rocky Mountains. And, perhaps a round of golf at the Lone Tree Golf Club while we’re there! The course and its views are outstanding, and if you hit a ball into my backyard, I’ll return it for you!
